GNOME-Commander-1.4.6 released

Important Note:
---------------

This bugfix release comes with a long awaited fix for bgo#653573 which
resulted in storing a clear-text password config file of Gnome
Commander. For users of Gnome Commander it is highly recommended to
v.1.4.6. Furthermore, users should check if there are passwords stored
in the "Connections"-section of
$HOME/.gnome-commander/gnome-commander.xml and to delete them.
