A new Clutter release is now available at:

Additionally, a git clone of the source tree:

will include a signed 1.14.0 tag which points to a commit named:
b968f81b743f8e3c91737a21528626108b3578fc
which can be verified with:
git verify-tag 1.14.0
and can be checked out with a command such as:
git checkout -b build 1.14.0

General Public License, version 2.1 or (at your option) later.

Touch events and gesture recognizers should now work out
of the box on any recent version of X11.

clipped redraws, which should remove tearing artefacts.
