GNOME 3.8 release party in Strasbourg

As part of their monthly beer event, Flammekueche connection [2], the
LUG of Strasbourg, will be celebrating the release of GNOME 3.8. I'll
be giving an informal talk about the development of our desktop
environment, we'll discuss the cycle, tools, teams… and I'll (try to)
answer any question from the audience.
