ANNOUNCE: seahorse 3.6.1

Seahorse is the GNOME application for managing encryption keys and
passwords. This is an stable release.

Important notes:

 * Now depends on libsecret instead of libgnome-keyring


Highlights between 3.6.0 and 3.6.1:

 * Strip DBus errors before displaying them
 * Fix regression for changing a keyring master password
 * Updated translations
