About libgweather

libgweather is a library for dealing with location, timezone and
weather information. It has an extensive database of locations around
the world, and offers GTK widgets to easily pick among them, as well
as a GObject interface to access online weather services.

- Various introspection updates and fixes
- GWeatherLocation is now a boxed type and used as such through out the library
- Each GWeatherLocation is now strongly associated with world level
location, and this is reflected in GWeatherInfo
- Fixed retrieving US weather for non US locales
