This is the first development release leading toward 1.10.

What's new in the WebKitGTK+ 1.9.1 release?

  - Geolocation support is built by default now. Use
    --disable-geolocation during build to disable it.
  - LINGUAS environment variable is honored now.
  - Throttle DNS prefetching to avoid overloading the resolver.
  - Remove defunct WebInspector GSettings mapping.
  - Fix a crash when emitting signals with a GError parameter when
    using GObject Introspection.
  - Fix flickering during scrolling and resizing in newer versions of
