ANNOUNCE: glibmm 2.27.95

*** glibmm 2.28:

glibmm is a C++ API for glib, used by gtkmm.

glibmm 2.28 wraps new API in GTK+ 2.28. It is is API/ABI-compatible with
glibmm >=2.4. It is a version of the glibmm-2.4 API.
gtkmm and glibmm stay in-sync with GTK+ by following the official GNOME release schedule:
http://www.gnome.org/start/unstable/

Bindings for the rest of the GNOME Platform are also available, and are also
API-stable.

*** Changes:

NOTE: This might be the last release before a stable glibmm 2.28.0 - the first stable
release since glibmm 2.24.0. So please use this last chance to report any problems
with the new API:
http://library.gnome.org/devel/glibmm/unstable/since_2_26.html
http://library.gnome.org/devel/glibmm/unstable/since_2_28.html

2.27.95 (unstable):

Gio:
* Throw Gio::Error again, instead of just the base Glib::Error.
This was broken in glibmm 2.27.94.
  (Murray Cumming)

Glib:
* build_filename(): Add method overloads to take up to 9 arguments,
  for convenience.
  (Fabricio Godoy) Bug #599578
* Documentation: Mark some new API as new in 2.28.
