A lot of these changes have also been back-ported to the 0.8 branch!

The changes are:

  * Require libicu or libunistring (GLib unicode support has 
performance issues)

  * tracker-control: Avoid compiler warning
  * ttl_sgml: Avoid compiler warning

Notes:

  The unicode parser will no longer default to GLib and configure will
  error if no libicu or libunistring is available. This is due to
  serious performance issues that are witnessed using GLib. It can
  still be used if explicitly forced using the switch
  --with-unicode-support=glib
