The primary purpose of this release is to have a release that compiles
against the recently-released glib 2.25.7 (which had some API changes
that affected dconf).

New in this release are two major features, however: a 'libdconf'
client-side library and a 'dconf' command line tool. Both of these
features are in an extremely preliminary state. Nearly all features are
completely untested and many features are just flatly not implemented.
At this point, both items should be considered as more of an indication
of the structure of dconf going forward than as complete features.

You will need glib 2.25.7 (just released) in order to build this dconf.
