Eye of GNOME 2.31.3

Hi!

Another two weeks, another release. It's 2.31.3 this time.
And as promised last time we managed to do something user-visible
besides all the behind the scenes stuff.
If you don't like the colors of your theme behind your image, you can
now choose a color of your own liking now.

* What is it ?

Eye of GNOME (EOG) is the image viewer for the GNOME desktop.


* What's changed in 2.31.3?
===========================

  * Begin GSettings migration (Felix Riemann)
  * Allow using a custom background color for the image view (Felix Riemann)

Bug fixes:

  #502992, allow user to specify background color (Felix Riemann)
