EOG Plugins 2.29.91

Hi!

The second EOG Plugins 2.30 beta release is here. The only code fix in
2.29.91 are the untranslated dialogs in Postasa. Translators made this a
bit more diverse by pushing new translations.

EOG Plugins is a collection of plugins for the Eye of GNOME Image Viewer.
