GNOME DVB Daemon 0.1.12 released

This is mainly another bug fix release which fixes a couple of crasher 
bugs. In addition, the D-Bus API is now more consistent.

DVB Daemon is a daemon written in Vala and based on GStreamer to setup
your DVB devices, record and watch TV shows and browse EPG. It can be
controlled via its D-Bus interface or the UIs it comes with.

- Fixed crash in GetChannelURL if channel_id doesn't exist
- Reverted r756: Use libgee's to_array methods where applicable

- Return true if id is valid but channel has no name/network in

- Catch exception when removing item from GtkRecentManager in Totem plugin
- Remove device	from unassigned devices if device or group is added
