Libgda 4.0.0 released

I'm pleased to announce version 4.0.0 of Libgda, which is the new stable version of Libgda.

Short description:
Libgda is a (relatively small) database access library:
* a wrapper like ODBC but with more features to access several database engines
* a general data model to use CVS or XML files
* a meta data extractor (to know all about database objects in a comman way)
* comes with an SQL console application (like mysql, psql or sqlite3 consoles)
* relies on GLib, coded in C, its API is easy to use

Main changes from the previous stable version:
* major improvements: this version is API and ABI incompatible with the V3 versions with and easier and more consistant API
* completely new SQL parser
* much improved meta data retreival
* completely new database providers (drivers) for MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite and MSAccess files (Oracle and Firebird still need to be re-written)
