Eye of GNOME 2.27.3

Hi!

This is the third release of Eye of GNOME in the new 2.27 development
series. We didn't have time to do any coding so it is practically
unchanged from the previous release.

* What is it ?

Eye of GNOME (EOG) is the image viewer for the GNOME desktop.
