Hello!
I've released Tangerine 0.3.1 "the cat's out of the bagel"! 0.3.1 had some issues as it was my first tangerine release, but I've fixed these couple of small issues, and now we're rocking with 0.3.2.

Actually remembered to include the preferences gui!
