ANNOUNCE: gcalctool v5.19.6 [hopefully stable]

Gcalctool is the default GNOME desktop calculator.


It has Basic, Advanced, Financial and Scientific modes. Internally it
uses multiple precision arithmetic to produce results to a high degree
of accuracy.

This release is for GNOME 2.19.6.


Changes since the last gcalctool version (5.19.5) (thankyou!).

   - From Jan Arne Petersen:
     Removed help/de/Makefile due to gnome-doc-utils migration.

   - From Christopher Taylor et al:
     Fixed bug #459702 – gcalc does not build against gtk+-2.11.6.
     Occurances of gtk_tooltips_set_tip are now gtk_widget_set_tooltip_text.

   - From Yair Hershkovitz:
     Fixed bug #439415. Always use left-to-right direction for button's boxes.
