Sabayon 2.19.1 "Back to the present" is released

Dear lovers of ratatouille,

Another culinary delight, Sabayon 2.19.1, has been released.  This is a
belated release for the GNOME 2.19 series, so that all of you update
junkies can get your fix.

Notable improvements in this version are a robust logging system to aid
in making better bug reports, and support for lockdown,
courtesy of the ever-amazing Michael Meeks.

This release also includes a ton of fixes by Hans Petter Jansson and
yours truly, which should result in a much more robust Sabayon.

	* We have a new debug log architecture.  Sabayon will create a
	  debug log under ~ when an error occurs.  You can attach this log to
	  bug reports (Federico Mena Quintero).

	* We now support lockdown for (Michael Meeks):

	* We use gnome-vfs instead of gamin for monitoring file
	  changes, and monitoring in general is a lot more robust.


	* Honor removed lockdown keys in GConf (Hans Petter Jansson):

	* If we are in an Active Directory session, don't list AD
