Pigeon CD Recorder 0.3

Description
===========

A Gnome2 CD Rurner, designed to integrate into the gnome desktop. Can
create audio CDs from Mp3s, oggs, wavs, etc., as well as data cds.

Enhancements & Fixes
====================
- Possibly fix the detection of cd drives
- Fixed a whole slew of problems with the size-o-meter at the bottom
- Switched to autoconf 2.53
- Redid the autoconf-everything (aka copied 95% of it from gstreamer, make
5%  apropriate changes)
- Added prefrence to eject cd after recording
- Gconfed all the relevant prefrences (cdrecorder, eject, cd recorder
speed)
- Fixed a whole lot of bugs/sloppy mistakes
- Rearranged a good deal of code
