A library to simplify the writing of Gnome Panel applets

Enhancements

 - You can demand OS in the Applet template configuration script.
 - SDL is used for joystick inputs.
 - WindowMaker is autodetected!
 - Darwin/MacOSX supported.

Fixes
=====
 - Applets Resize correctly when the gnome panel is resized.
 - No more debug outputs when the debug is turned off.
 - Don't call the update function twice on initialization.
 - No more gdk_pixbuf warnings messages when the applet lacks of
   an icon. 
 - Lanching a second instance of an applet on the Gnome Panel
   doesn't cause both applets to crash.
