Proxy-applet 0.2.2

Description
===========
A GNOME tray applet for changing network proxy configuration. With this
applet you can change your proxy-settings with a single click just like you
were used to with Galeon 1.x.

Enhancements
============
This version makes use of Glade#, fixes some GUI bugs, adds some C# code
improvements, and tracks all changes to GConf keys that are managed.
