- make connection timing out work independently of something arriving down

- display cogwheels next to feeds being actively polled
- commands for navigating between feeds
- automatically change a feed's location when the server sends a 301
- updated translation for french; new, probably already outdated
translations for norweigian and russian - guys, sorry for being so slow
- plenty of bugfixes, probably plenty of new bugs
