Elysium Download 0.5.10

Description
===========

A download manager for GNOME using gnome-vfs. It supports
downloading via http, ftp, and smb. Other protocol modules
can easily be added.

Enhancements

-Added new icons from jimmac
-Slovak translation

Fixes
=====

-Removed status-docklet.h include, since we don't use the broken
libpanel-status
-Removed mime-capplet/ from the build since it's nowhere near finished
