COnfigurator for Gnome 0.1.1

Description
===========

A program for editing advanced Gnome settings in an easy way - the backend
uses gconf and XML descriptions, but all the user will see is a (somewhat)
nice GUI.

Enhancements
============

- Merged Metacity settings into 1 XML file.
- Added a Galeon XML settings file.
- Checks for the existance of gconf keys before giving access to them
through the GUI.
- Add scrolling so that window width and height can remain independent of
the number of items in it.
