Metacity-Setup 0.4

Description
===========

This program is simply a much easier way to configure Metacity then having
to use gconftool or gconf-editor.  It allows you to change themes, focus
settings, and the number of workspaces.

Enhancements
============
More UI Stuff (Frames for example)
Started code for dragging themes to install them, but it doesnt work yet
Added options to change font
More GHI work (now in dialog window)
Added Auto Raise setting which hides when not useful
Added window icon
