[ANNOUNCE] Procman 0.99.0

Hello all. A new release of procman has arrived. A few small fixes and
now the ability to select multiple processes and kill them etc, but most
importantly this marks the first beta release. Please hammer away and
report any bugs or issues in bugzilla.gnome.org.

For those that don't know - procman is a process viewer/ system monitor.
Some cool features it has:
* icons for processes
* ability to kill/renice processes needing root access
* tree view of process dependencies

Procman requires gal 0.13 and libgtop. Get packages from Ximian through
red-carpet or from their ftp site:
