ANNOUNCE: gnome-utils 1.4.1, the "x^n + y^n = z^n where n > 2" release

Yes it is time for another release of 1.4.1. (Note that was
not announced.) The biggest news in these releases is the new work
that Linas has been putting into gtt. It now does just about everything
that one would need from a time tracker, and then some. However more new
things are in the works as well.

Also note that while not required for gnome-utils, gtt requires gtkhtml and
guile. You should install those if you want to use gtt. If you don't have
gtkhtml or guile installed, gtt will not be built.

What is gnome-utils? Well as the name would suggest these are GNOME
utilities. They're the stupid little programs that are part of every
desktop. And some that aren't part of every desktop.

So what's new in this release:

	* Translation updates. (Christian Rose, Stanislav Visnovsky,
	  Kjartan Maraas, Linas Vepstas, Pablo Saratxaga)

	* Many new things including: UI for custom reports, Uses guile
	  internally for reports, can stop timer on idleness, add some
	  more values, can edit properties without changing current project
	  (Linas Vepstas)
	* Misc fixes (George)
