Procman 1.1.1

Hello. A new release of procman is available. This an unstable version
requiring the GNOME 2.0 platform.

Procman now rquires unstable libgtop 1.90.0 and libwnck 0.1. They can be
found here:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/pre-gnome2/sources/libnck/

and procman can be found here:
