...as usually without a codename, has just been put on master.gnome.org, 
waiting for the mirrors to pick it up.

some changes since the antiquated 1.2 release:

- printing of page ranges
- octal conversion
- nicer behavior of converter tool
- fixed buggy preferences setting for offset format.
- fixed scrolling problems reported on some SUNs.
- enable menu navigation when GtkHex widget is focused.
- translation updates

thanks for chema for reminding me that we have not had a release in a while.
