ANNOUNCE: Gal 0.9

Hello lovers of out of this world code, a new gal is available: Gal 0.9,
code name "Annie Jump Cannon", is out.

Annie Jump Cannon was an early woman astronomer who categorized nearly
400,000 stars and created the stellar spectra that modern astronomers
still use.  You can find more information about her at:

Gal is the Gnome Application Library, a collection of widgets and other
helper functions from Evolution and Gnumeric.
