IRIX GNOME packages updated

The SGI IRIX packages in /pub/GNOME/stable/irix on ftp.gnome.org and its
mirrors have been updated from the May 2001 freeware distribution on
http://freeware.sgi.com/.  While not quite GNOME 1.4 due to scheduling
constraints, they are closer than they were.  

http://freeware.sgi.com/ has on-line relnotes and a FAQ that covers some
of the known problems using these packages on IRIX.  Please check there
for updates and information.
