Announce: GNet 1.0.4

GNet 1.0.4 has been released.

GNet is a simple network library.  It is writen in C, object-oriented, and
built upon GLib.  It is licensed under the GNU LGPL.

GNet 1.0.4 includes some small bug fixes and a partial Windows port.
Andrew Lanoix did the Windows port.

Source, DEB's, RPM's, and ZIP's are available.
