Bonobo 0.21 released

The Bonobo team is happy to announce the release of Bonobo 0.21
codenamed "beautiful italian gibbon", and also announce Bonobo 0.20
posthumously.

The Freeze
==========

        Bonobo is now substantialy more API frozen pending any neccessary
fixes. There will be a new release shortly incoporating the long awaited
idl StUdLyCapsiFicaTion however.
