GNOME 1.1.90 "Octothorp GNOME" Final Beta Released

The hopefully-final-beta-release-before GNOME 1.2 is now available for
download.  I have made one huge tarball containing everything, and of
course each package can be individually downloaded.

        - subject-wrapping bug was fixed

 * GGv 0.95:
