Hi,
Well, that was a bit unpolished. This one should solve certain
problems you may have had installing the first one:
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/unstable/sources/GConf/GConf-0.7.tar.gz
A couple people suggested describing GConf in the announce. GConf is a
configuration database library, you can use it to store settings that
the user selects in your app's preferences dialog. (Or settings that
get set in some other way, if your app has no GUI.)
