Fixed RPM problem of GTM 0.4.5 release

Hi everybody.

I'm sorry I placed RPM packages to be downloaded with v4.

So I corrected the problem and placed correct RPM to be downloaded.

	http://download.sourceforge.net/gtm/gtm-0.4.5-2.i386.rpm
	http://download.sourceforge.net/gtm/gtm-0.4.5-2.src.rpm

I'm also placing here the source and debian packages in case anyone want's
them (they have no problem).

	http://download.sourceforge.net/gtm/gtm-0.4.5.tar.gz
	http://download.sourceforge.net/gtm/gtm_0.4.5-1_i386.deb
