Hi,

I've hacked a small Gnome application that handles bookmarks in the XBEL
format. It's an XML format for bookmarks exchange, as explained at:

	http://www.python.org/topics/xml/xbel/
	
Current features of Garlic:

	- DnD of URLs with Netscape (from/to the URL button only)
	- DnD between Garlic windows
	- export in HTML

>From the package available at http://www.python.org/topics/xml/download.html
you can find tools to convert from/to several browser's bookmark formats
(Netscape, IE, Lynx at least).

Garlic is a Python/Glade application, and therefore requires:

	- python >= 1.5.2
	- libglade
	- gnome-python
