Balsa 0.8.0-pre1 is actually out now. It's got a much
nicer UI than 0.6.0, it's got many more bugfixes, and
passes the 'dogfood' test wonderfully.
Stuart still hasn't put balsa.net on CVS, so in the
meantime I guess http://www.newton.cx/balsa will be
the homepage.
