ANNOUNCE: gBackGround version 0.9.6-beta

gBackGround version 0.9.6-beta is now in the Entertainment Section of the
Software Map.

Description:  gBackGround is a panel applet that will let you change your
background without having to run a configuration tool.  It also will let you
automatically change your background every so often.

Changes:  Fixed a rather ugly bug that ate up Xclients and the applet now does
a better job of saving itself.
