Graphtool 0.06 is available

After a while of inactivity, here is a new release of Graphtool, the
software that lets you create graphs under GNOME. It is being completely
rewritten, so lots of changes have happened.
Among them :
        * Uses GtkPlot 4.1 that allows document saving in Postscript,
moving plots directly with the mouse.
        * Added the GtkSheet widget to provide data edition into
Graphtool without the need of  using Gnumeric.
        * Less bugs
    ...
