Pls review gtk change for accebility issues

Hi,
There is a gtk+ bug in gnome bugzilla about users accidentally selecting
the first menu item of a context menu. [1]

Alberto Milone has a working patch which fixes the issue. If anyone is
running Ubuntu they can test it from his ppa too [2].

After discussing about the patch on #gtk+ , it was mentioned it would be
better to check with the accessibility team about any potential impact
of the change on a11y tools.

Could the team review the change and comment on the bug?
