2.TheMuso and Willie discussed about the audio infrastructure.
  TheMuso thinks that speech-dispatcher might replace gnome-speech, 
Willie thinks this is possible if it is more
  reliable and maintainable and backed by a team that was easy to work 
with.

3.Change the IRC meeting time to 2:00-3:00 UTC on Tuesdays.
