installing linux via telnet

Hi all,

  How is it possible for me to remotely sit at one pc and install a
linux distro such as suse or ubuntu via telnet? are there any command
line perameters I need to specify or is it not that easy to do. I'm
trying to find ways around not having sighted assistance. I'm running
orca and thought that it could possibly work with remote telnet since
I'd just read right off the normal shell on the computer I'd connect
with.
