Major rewrite will break trunk temporarily

Work is progressing on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340829

This is a major rewrite which will remove nsAccessibleText, 
nsAcessibleEditableText and nsAccessibleHyperText classes, and move that 
code into a new cross platform class called nsHyperTextAccessible.

Please be informed that when this goes in, it will take about a month 
for the trunk to stabilize. This does not affect the MOZILLA_1_8 branch 
which is being used to develop Firefox 2. This rewrite will ultimately 
find its way into Firefox 3 due out in 2007.

When the smoke clears, we will have something very close to this:
