I think your best option would be to install Emacspeak first, then when you
run orca --setup, select "Emacspeak speech server" and dtk-exp as your speech
server.

Depending on how your distribution handles Emacspeak, you may need to set an
additional environment variable to specify the port to which the synthesizer
is attached.
