how to aid libmysqlclient and libpthread while compile the interface created by Glade?

I create a interface by Glade, and I want to insert some codes, there codes include MySQL and multithreading programming.
So while compling these codes, I must aid libmysqlclient and libpthread.

Before I use Glade, I use the command "gcc motley_talk.c -o motley_talk -lpthread -lmysqlclient" to compile my codes.
But, what should I do while I use Glade?
