Accessibility support and FC5

Hello all,
Since enabling the accessibility support in Gnome in Fedora Core 5 I get unknown errors.  The only choices are restart program, close or notify developers.

Also, Gnopernicus has stopped speaking for some reason.

Has anyone come across this?
