gnopernicus devel package

I did some more googling and this is what I came up with file:
gnopernicus-devel-0.11.4-3.i586.rpm
this is a development package, isn't this the full thing instead of the
source package. I want the full right thing. Sorry darra for delaying, but
as i said, i want the right and full thing as well.
