Hello

While looking around I am having trouble finding some large print cursors. It appears Solaris has these, but are they available for Linux/Gnome? Thanks!

Should be, provided you have an X server that supports the X Cursor extension-- they're not specific to Solaris or GNOME. (Actually the Solaris ones aren't implemented as X cursors because Xsun doesn't support that extension yet, but any recent version of X.org should.)
I haven't seen tihs before. Could you explain further?

I run Ubuntu on my Mac laptop and it comes with three or four large print cursor options. I haven't really found a good source for downloadable cursor themes though, there are a few here but I don't see any large print ones:
In Ubuntu I go to Preferences > Mouse, and there is only the default mouse cursor. Are you changing them in xorg.conf? Is it possible to make them appear in the gui as I saw on some Sun documentation?

Of course, it would be cool if the large print themes in gnome-themes also just installed an equivalent large print cursor theme-- I think there's a bug open requesting that, so if I have time I'll look into doing it for 2.14.

Any opinions are personal and not necessarily those of Sun Microsystems
