I have edited the patch file so that it now applies.
You seem to have made an error in the list of bugs below. Bug 150278 does not have any proposed patch listed in bugzilla.
The change in srs-speech.c seems to be for bug 150048.
The change at the end of srs-xml.c seems to be for bug 150261.
What are the other changes for?
