Building fontconfig

This seems to be the main stumbling block. Any idea what this means? I'm
runing redhat-9. Just grabbed fontconfig from CVS, from the gnome-2.4 module
set.

Making all in fc-glyphname
Making all in src
Making all in fc-cache
Making all in fc-list
Making all in fc-match
Making all in doc
Using catalogs: /etc/sgml/sgml-docbook-3.1-1.0-17.cat
Using stylesheet:
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/utils-0.6.12/docbook-utils.dsl#html
Working on: /root/cvs/gnome-2.4/fontconfig/doc/fontconfig-user.sgml
No way to convert HTML to text found.
